SOCIAL REBEL SOCIETY CONTENT DAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses.

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

To secure your Content Day session, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

All payments are non-refundable.

Failure to complete the intake form and/or discovery call may result in cancellation of your session without a refund.

CANCELLATIONS OR RE-SCHEDULING:

No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or credited for future sessions.

In the unlikely event that Social Rebel Society needs to reschedule or cancel, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

SESSION DETAILS:

The Content Day session is structured based on the details provided in the intake form and discussed during the discovery call.

No changes can be made to the details once confirmed during our discovery call.

The client agrees to arrive on time and be prepared for the session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without compensation.

Social Rebel Society reserves the right to end the session early if any inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with agreed-upon guidelines occurs.

DELIVERABLES & USAGE RIGHTS:

Content captured during the session will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, as outlined in the discovery call.

The client will receive the final edited content as per the package selected.

Social Rebel Society retains the right to use images and videos for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for personal and business marketing purposes.

LIABILITY:

Social Rebel Society is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred during or as a result of the Content Day.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Social Rebel Society harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of the content.

If unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment failure, emergencies, or force majeure) prevent Social Rebel Society from delivering the agreed-upon content, liability will be limited to rescheduling or a full refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY:

Any confidential information shared during the Content Day process will be kept strictly private and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

Clients who wish to keep their session private must make this request in writing before the session date.

MODEL​ ​RELEASE

You​ ​must​ ​own​ ​the​ ​copyright​ ​to​ ​any​ ​image(s)​ ​You​ ​use​ ​by​ ​default​ ​or voluntarily​ ​on​ ​Our​ ​platforms​ ​or​ ​in​ ​Our​ ​Offering​ ​or​ ​related​ ​materials.​ ​You​ ​grant​ ​Us​ ​a commercial​ ​license​ ​to​ ​any​ ​image(s)​ ​You​ ​submit​ ​to​ ​Us​ ​by​ ​default,​ ​such​ ​as​ ​a​ ​Facebook profile​ ​photo​ ​or​ ​other​ ​profile​ ​image​ ​You​ ​voluntarily​ ​provide​ ​in​ ​accessing​ ​the​ ​Offering,​ ​or voluntarily​ ​upon​ ​Our​ ​request.​ ​Such​ ​a​ ​default​ ​or​ ​voluntary​ ​release​ ​of​ ​Your​ ​image​ ​and likeness​ ​may​ ​be​ ​used​ ​for​ ​any​ ​reasonable​ ​future​ ​business​ ​use.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

CURRENCY

All payments will be processed in the local currency, or if not specified at checkout, in US Dollars.

TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law in either Your or Our local area(s).

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy or any express written here, are reserved by Company.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.

FINAL AGREEMENT:

By booking a Content Day session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Social Rebel Society reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updated terms.
